HOW ACTIV4VETS WORKS
Our Relief Veterinarians are Qualified, Licensed and at the ready to support your temporary needs when you Call or Contact us.
In the event that you need a Relief Veterinarian, please contact Activ4Vets and tell us what you need and when. Activ4Vets will then email you a proposal plus pricing.
Once you approve the proposal, help is on the way. You would be responsible for notifying clients about the (slight) change in service and for explaining your policies to relief staff.
VETERINARY STAFFING SERVICES
Expect a licensed Activ4Vets veterinarian when and where you requested. Business continues as normal for your clients – they can expect the same level of treatment and billing as always.
VIRTUAL STAFFING SERVICES
If you requested virtual staffing services, you need to provide clients with a computer/laptop that has internet connection and a webcam, plus a technician to oversee the interaction. At the agreed time, the Virtual Veterinarian would treat the pet patient remotely (the same as a veterinarian would in person), guiding the client and your technician as required.
If you requested a peer-to-peer consult, please upload all relevant medical information (laboratory tests, images, x-rays, etc.) as well as a written report to begin the process. After everything is uploaded in the platform, Activ4Vets Chief Veterinarian Medical Officer will contact you and provide an evidence-based report in less than 48 hours.
